On the day of departure we ask you to vacate your room by 11:00 am. An extension is possible in exceptional cases and should be arranged directly with reception.

*House guests can be picked up and dropped off at one of the above-mentioned train stations on the day of arrival and departure. From 3 nights the pick-up is free of charge, under 3 nights we charge a flat rate per trip.

*With the Konus card, which our guests receive after filling out the registration form, you can travel free of charge in the area of 9 different transport associations between Basel and Bad Herrenalb. Further information is available at reception.
