LIABILITY
The hotel is not liable for damage or loss of items brought in; the hotel does not provide insurance cover for items brought in. The customer/organizer shall be responsible for damage to the rented property and the hotel as well as all facilities and equipment belonging to the hotel or the rooms, insofar as such damage was caused by the customer/organizer. Proof of fault on the part of the hotel is not required.
